Works comprised construction of four apartment blocks on four floors (all with 20 duplex apartments). External works included-driveways and parkings, storm and foul drainage, external lighting, power and water reticulation.

Internal finishes exhibited included mahogany wood block flooring in all rooms except wet areas. Solid mahogany joinery works, granito wall tiles in both bathrooms and kitchens and timber stairs.

Special features include underground water tank with booster pumps to every unit, standby generator, electric fence etc.
