This project comprises of erecting seven 2 bedroomed cottages, fifteen 3 bedroomed cottages, three-story apartment blocks, and two-story domestic quarters.

External works comprising of driveway, sewer treatment plant, storm water drainage, boundary wall and gates, landscaping and four swimming pools together with other associated services and external works.
