This project was completed in two phases. Phase 1 with ten town houses (Ksh. 250,000,000.00) while phase 2 with twenty 5 bedroom houses which also included club houses, guard houses, swimming pool with assosciated external works (Ksh. 625,000,000.00).

Exteral works also included cabro driveway and parking, boundary wall, land scaping with mechanical and electrical services.
