The project involved construction and completion of ten town houses each on half an acre plot all in a gated community with social amenities and associated external works like a club house gym and a swimming pool.

External works included a cabro paved driveway and parking, boundary wall with central entrance/gate, electric fence and razor wire together with landscaping work.
