The project involved construction and completion of thirty-six fully furnished and serviced apartments all consolidated in three blocks. In addition, it also included a club house, swimming pool, generator house, guard house and garbage enclosure.

It also involved external works such as boundary wall and gate, driveway and parking, storm drainage, foul drainage, water and power reticulation together with landscaping.
